8.水开后十五分钟,清香的叶儿粑出锅咯!小贴士
一定要用叶儿粑粉,只用糯米粉会很软,拿不起来还粘牙,也可以按一斤糯米粉,三两米粉的比例自己调,我怕麻烦就买的现成叶儿粑粉了,活面加糖是为了不粘玉米叶。腊肉和咸菜都有盐所以无需再另外加盐了。(我要送人所以一次做的比较多)
